local dealers are full of themselves and will be offensive believing you don't have the balls to take them to court ...
but if you do, they cave in before the hearing ... so they can get you to sign a "confidentiality agreement" ...

Car had steering column issues, differential whine, coolant leaked and water seeped into the head lamps.
PML would have replace those parts under warranty but he wants a new car.........

really hope court rules in his favour. that will set a precedent that AD's cannot anyhow luan lai. Twice i had brand new cars with issues. PA gave me a slightly better trade in (big deal
) for brand new and C&C did fark off except keep trying to fix the issue till I give up. local consumers need to be better protected.

got knocking noise during gear shift...normally from 2nd to 1st gear...
and it took me 6 months to argue with this AD.....knn....
and the ridiculous thing is, after their inspection, they insisted that "it is the operating character" of the car, knn....
They didn't know what were they doing or...don't know what to do...knn
End up, don't know who gave them advise, the noise gone, and just need to replace a RUBBER....
KNN....6 months to resolve...and sent in more than 3 times, one to two weeks each time...and they dare to say "operating of the car"....
