Dear bros and sisters,
Good evening. My ride is a F30 318i.
Recently I received a note from a driver asking for help for video footage for a hit and run case.
When I downloaded the video onto my laptop, it was all black and had only sound recording. When I checked back in the advanced car eye, I was able to playback.
Would anyone be able to advise me if I should be downloading a different video player, or if there’s something wrong.
Do pardon me if this has been asked before. Have searched the forum and googled but didn’t find relevant answers. Thank you for advice!
