DIY Rings

Hi,

Was thinking about DIYing my meter rings. Can anyone guide me through the process or link me up to a DIY page?
BTW I heard that workshops like use doublesided tape to stick the rings.
Any reliability issues with double sided tape? Is it the normal tape that can be bought at the stationary stores?
Was thinking of using Epoxy glue but that'll be hella messy if I screw it up.
Another thing, how much are the torx screwdrivers? I think I need a T-10 and T-20

Did you get the plastic rings?? Come down to BVO 2moro afternoon....I'll install for U, but it'll cost you 1 kopi ice!

Ah... Found a good DIY. BTW what kind of double sided tape do you guys use?
Anyone with a T-10 or T-20 torx screwdriver to lend?

Normal double-sided tape is good enough! Don't use glue cuz they either leave a mark or when u decide to sell them, its stuck to the damn cluster!

Just installed my rings. It was pretty straight forward. The hardest part was trying to remove the wiring from the rear of the meters. But that's just a technicality. Overall difficulty 1 out of 5 stars.

I can still remember when i was DIY-ing on my ex-ride..

handling the cluster was like handling some home-made bomb.. hahaha!

Aiyar..i notice you didn't paint your needles red.. perhaps..time to do that?
