Hi Guys & Gals,

Saw this product recently in BMWCar mag, thought that it might work for the tired-looking lumbar of my driver's seat, so ordered the filler and dye and did some DIY-ing....

The products - Dynamix Dyes Filler and Dye...

Preparation - sanding the tatty area down with 800-grit sandpaper...

Drying the filler with hairdryer...

After drying and another round of sanding...

All that remains now is to wait 24 hours - will be lightly sanding the area where the new dye meets the old, to smoothen it out. Then apply leather conditioner to make the newly painted area blend in with the old....

Anyone interested in a spot of DIY-ing, here's the website to order from:

Dynamix Car Leather Dye, Car Leather Repair, Leather Dyes & Leather Care Products

They've got the colours for quite a number of makes - not just BMW. Have fun....

Mine's black.... You better verify your colour somehow before ordering, especially if you intending to do only a portion of the seat like me...

Just looked at the colours for the other makes - Ferrari the simplest, only got 6 colours.... and the diff between 'Red' and 'Rosso' is a real eye test!!
