i vote..if the date is cfm, appoint one of them to collect the $....so if they tua, non-refundable....use it to buy present for lucky draw..etc etc....

it is fair for both the participants n organiser.

thanks como..this was one of the issues we had in our last D&D.. and fortunately, the members were really considerate and actually paid without going for the event..

dear all.. this thread is to gather interest and suggestions on venue.. do put ur name down if u r interested.. i just want to see how many pax are actually interested and what kind of venue i can get based on the capacity we have.. As soon as the date is confirmed, i will start a new thread with a new namelist and that namelist will be final.
