Dipped beam failure left n exhaust

Hi so sorry i am new here and my car appear e dipped beam failure left and realise is e headlight bulb spoiled. Can some good souls intro me where can i get it changed? I called a few workshop and they said they dont so it .. And if i would like to change e exhaust can and kind soul here intro me some exhaust? Thanks alot bros.. My ride is a 523i f10

All the site sponsor workshops here can do the job, have you tried calling any one of them ?
