difference between PI323 and PML 325

bros.i looking for my first BMW...saw a few models including 323i convertible and 325 convertible.. any major difference in the 2 models?

welcome in.......

325i is 218hp and 250nm vs 323i 190hp and 230nm
but same road tax, 323i is a detuned 325i
