Dent removal experiences.

Hi all,
I went to Ah Lye (Lye Design) yesterday and got the wheel arch dents fixed.
Initially, Ah Lye wasn't around and a staff mentioned that a small hole needs to be "drilled" (chinese translation) so the dent can be pushed back. I dropped my jaw for a moment because I just came across an article about DIY dent removal and one of the methods mentioned requires using an electric drill to form a hole on the surface so a screw can be inserted to pull out the dent!

FORTUNATELY, my worst fears were dispelled when I enquired further. The "hole" was be created beneath the wheel arch (where there's an additional layer of metal). This exposes a minute area where the metal surface can be messaged. The hole is then sealled with glue to prevent rusting.
Ah Lye came just in time and managed to patch 3 areas for me. The new larger dent was determined to be from a door knock (probably in my office) and was the hardest to fix but it was finally complete.

I have also encounter a dent in the front of the bumber. Another at the edge of my door. May I seek advise from anyone whom can give me a reliable and cost effective mechanics who can repair such fault?
I am about to try on Eng Shing mechanical hear that he specialise in panel beating and spray painting.
