Daytime lights fault for F30

I realize I get this error message and upon checking the daytime light on the passenger side is off.

so how and where to fix this? Can ownself diy?

This is what I use to see if DiY is possible. It lists all the part numbers as well as some descriptions on how to remove or replace certain items
