Dashboard Rattling

HI all, I have been having this dashboard rattling problem since Day 1 that I own my F20 and it just doesn't seem to be able to be fixed. Comes out when I am driving and the rev meter is at around 2.5k. I think it originates from the passenger side. Any gurus out there that have the same problem and got it fixed. Thanks

I just realized that it is coming from the air con fan. Comes on when the fan is on and goes off when it is away. Anyone have the same problem? Thanks

I never had tat problem but I have heard of people hearing bees sound in their cabin....
