Dun worry la, i'm sure you can outrun the reptile with 4 short legs.

I watched a documentary that showed how these crocs were able to hit 30mph on land and 42mph in the water. Short burst of speed on land, very little distance covered, but damn bloody fast. I don't think most people can even go 10-15mph.

Actually nearby at Kranji golf course many crocodiles which we call buayas as well

All men are buaya. Some are garbage bins, while others have higher thresholds or more peculiar / weird tastes. Just a matter of whether the right 'target' comes along.
