Hi. I have tentatively booked 2 rooms of 4 PCs, and 1 room of 5 PCs. this is based on the 12 people that have signed up (they dont have a 3rd room for 4 people).

If any of you are cancelling, please let me know asap, in which case we may be able to squeeze back into the 2 rooms of 5 we had last week.

the booking is from 8.30 - 11.30pm under the name of kelvin.
