Converting LHD Angel Eye Headlights to RHD

Found this on e90post. Can anyone familiar with headlights confirm that there is a switch to flip to convert LHD headlights to RHD? If so, I might grab a set fromt the US.

I have converted LHD to RHD before on my e46 xenon headlight. To be frank, if there is a flip for you to just switch from LHD to RHD as stated in the link, then it is an easy job.
