Complain about the service center for my previous service.

I have been for my sevcing at pml 303 alexandra pml center .
Last fews time when I made a complaint of my x3 coolant alway leak in the warranty year .the service advisor always said everything is OK. For fews time I made ti's same complaint. But nothing was done .
Now my warranty year ended .
My car hose and all coolant part also leak
They said must pay an amount more than 15k sgd for all part and workmanship. This is all before gst 9%.
I don't know why my complaint so many time they couldn't find the problem .
Now the warranty year passed they can check all problem s

Welcome to the so-called 'Peace of mind' when buying from Authorized Distributor with their 'Authorized' servicing and warranty!

It is always a wonder how come defects can be effective diagnosed when warranty is officially over....

I suggest you go search for any one of the site sponsors here and they should be able to resolve your problems at a fraction of the cost.

I've personally gone to BVO and Revol (because they are near my area) and so far no complains. They even allow me to purchase my own spare parts from Eng Soon (stockist) after telling me what parts are needed
