i suggest u purchase directly from Navone's website. www.davidnavone.com
U need to register for paypal unless u are comfortable giving DAvid NAvone himself your credit card details.

A couple of users of navone has feedback on hissing. Most people i speak to says that its becos the navone LOC can produce 9v of signal which is darn darn strong. U can either reduce the signal, or reduce the gain on your amp.

as for installer, pls read thru some of the older threads.
