Clueless: 630i, 335i cabrio or any other suggestions?

Hi bros,

Am totally clueless about what to get next so would appreciate any advice if possible. Am considering the following:

1. New 630i (facelifted with new engine, paddleshift etc)
2. 2nd hand 630i (there's a nice one going for sale in sgcarmart with M6 bodykit at the moment)
3. 335i cabrio
4. Stick to my current 330i cabrio (Dec-01)

Also as an 'out of the box' idea, was also thinking of a 2nd hand Cayman.

Any comments most gratefully appreciated.

Cheers,

Adrian

Depends on what u want... Power? Looks? Pure 4 seater? Strict 2 seater?

the drive feel in all the BMW choices you listed is pretty much the same. Just like the SL feels like the C-class feels like the E-class. Instrumentation is more or less evolutionary. The only difference is POWER delivery which, as a driver of a 330, you know that power does really get old pretty quick unless you have a 500BHP monster which you are struggling to control the horses all the time.

Why don't you go for something different this time round??

Thanks everyone for their feedback. Looks like the 335i cabrio is the general feeling here!

Maybe to give you some background and my gist of thinking, I am recently married and no kids so thought I'd go the 'flashier' route of doing the 6-series rather than the 335i since I've already experienced the 3-series cabrio.

I test drove the 630i today and it was very nice. Nearly put deposit when I got back to PML ... ugh. Still struggling with the decision...
