Claiming 3rd Party Repairs

I've encountered an accident 3 weeks ago and PML is delaying the repairs. Is there any other workshop out there that one could recommend?

Call Alfred 92389084 (expert in 3rd party claims) to discuss, say Jackie recommend.

He will explain to you why PML delay cheers.

Mike at SWC does insurance claims for BMW cars too, and is a sub-contractor for PML.......

Thanks for the info man... gave PML a formal complaint liao... received a call from them within 5hrs from email

Suddenly wanna treat me like king... send rental car to my house, collect car for me, return car to me, etc.. etc.. and claim that they've counselled both CSAs.. whatever lah... already half-hearted with my initial experience... that's why looking elsewhere to repair.. sianz..

Must really go to all this extend then you get treated humanely? sheesh..

it will affect ur NCD. shld call SWC mike for advice if u claim on others.
