More like the gal doze off (her eye lids are closed?) and was not wearing a seat belt. The caring bf held onto her to prevent her from sliding sideways and forward when he corner hard/jam brake. His warm hand can also prevent her from catching a cold when the aircon gets too cold.

Such a caring bf ...... we need to learn from him. But must tint all the glass panels till black black first.
