1) Old Chinatown OG the right , left bend turning down into CTE
2) Eng Neo Avenue exit from PIE

Try Old Choa Chu Kang Rd leading to Jalan Sungei Poyan. It's sandwiched between chinese and Muslim cemetery. Drive at night.

Used to when I stay at TPY HDB Flat. It was explained in one Mediacorp program that the sound were made by expansion and contraction or mechanical stuffs on the roof top, can't remember exactly.
