Hello guys. Just driven a 2.2L car the other day in Singapore, and I thought that my 2.0L 320i is a little sluggish especially at low revs.

What can we do to make the car abit more responsive?
Chip? Spark plugs? pulleys?

Please advice.

Thanks and regards,

Fifty Cent

You want cheapest, in fact you will make money rather than spend money on this mod. And yes, your low revs will be a bit more responsive. The mod is to take out things from your car to lighten it starting from ...

1) emptying your boot
2) take out spare tyre
3) dont pump full tank
4) take out passenger seats
5) take out stereo and components
6) take out aircon
7) take out wiper water tank and pump
8) take out aircon compressor

from all the above items, watever can sell you sell...
See!!! Cheapest mod!!!

Arsony
Topaz Blue NOT cheap...

Yeap, these spark plugs do they really work? Someone at the September meetup told me so, when I was in Singapore(was it Ryan, cant remember) about these spark plugs. Do they work and who sells them>?

Where can I get these? unfortunately I cannot risk using an aftermarket filter, too much dust in Cyprus, cannot risk damaging the engine.

volker plugs howver and pulleys? where can i get those?

Woohoo...

Steady lah guys, thanks for the free bumps... ha ha..

$0.50.... will you be dropping by singapore anytime soon? I can reserve a set for you if you keen. Look for Wilman2772 for the pullies (will need professional fitting though)....

"Paging for clan master.......Will the real clan master please stand up?"

Cheers

Thanks for all the advice guys. BTW by saying cheap I meant no supercharger installs etc. I am keeping the car as stock as possible.

Singapore is abit too far for me. I am in Cyprus!

Are volken sparks worth it?

No bro. When the E46 first came out, the 320i is a M52TU engine with 2.0L. Only in 2001 nare the 320is 2.2L with the M54 engine.
