I am planning to replace my VANOS piston rubber seals. However, I do not have the skills nor the tools to replace the seals. Is there any workshop I can bring my car to replace the seals?

Had some of my gaskets replaced at R2D, previously.
Can give them a try.

I have the tools if you want..

First time around, I took out the VANOS and replaced the seals, but it didn't completely cure the rattling and lack of engagement.. turns out it was the VANOS gear itself was loose, so I bought the complete VANOS assembly from DrVanos.com.. 2nd time around I got David@BVO to do it as I was overseas.

It's not a difficult DIY but you have to be really careful or you will seriously screw up your valve timing, overall if you can change spark plugs you can do it.

yup get the DrVanos to send u a rebuilt kit and u ship him yr core...thats the safest route...changing yrself might be a risk..

thinking of changing mine too as it rattles a little now..
