Cashcard expired - can appeal?

Ok, blur me dint notice my cashcard dint beep normally when I inserted it this morning... only when the ERROR mesg came out when I passed the gantry.

Rubbed the strip but to no avail, then removed it and noticed it was manufactured in 07/2003!

Anybody successfully appeal to LTA before under similar circumstances?

As long it's a valid reason it should be fine. (no pun intended)

I just got fined because my card didn't get detected too

Problem was that... 11$ fine paid online with a few clicks compared to me spending half hour to write letter and post letter, it's seriously not worth the trouble.

If you can share your LOA ..let me know

i need to write appeal letter pretty soon. apparently my "new" IU is not working properly again. waste my time.

write appeal letter, check IU, update all my season parking
