For those who frequent Bishan, please avoid parking at the car park opposte Kim San Leng Coffeeshop in front of Block 197 at the central side.
Weekday or weekend, almost on every hour or two, there'll be super siao on parking wardens on the prowl.

KT, not anymore... now they siao on until you overpark for less than 1 hr also they summon you. I guess I have to go back to my old practice of not giving any MC for any parking warden... my usual reply to their oh-please-pity-me-f'king-sad-face is "I think you better go back to work lah... looks to me like you enjoy it so much..." Most of them are blardy chow-keng anyway....

A friend once offered me a piece of advise. Just tear up a 50cent coupon if you're gonna be gone for a short while. It can save you plenty of money. The very most you get fined a few dollars for overstaying as compared to $30.00. I've followed his advise for a few years now and got away with only a handful of $6 and $10 fines so far.

Apparently, the parking summon thingy is outsourced to Chubbs and Premas over a "closed" tender. They system, reportedly, worked where the concessionairs get a discount on the amount of summon issue.. meaning, the more they issue, the better their income... hence, the warden work along similar line with their employer.. so what you think... they are just out either meeting the quota or make themselves some extra bonus for the year end.
I don't really blame them as they are doing their job.. only pity them that they need to resort to taking up such annoying jobs... sigh.

well, I got two last month. one for exceeding the coupon time limit and another for not putting in coupon.
Both fines are from premas.
One thing that you can do is to submit an appeal and write a sorry story.
I did that a few years back and they only asked me to send a parking coupon.
