CAR's performance car of the year -- Time Trials- Video

(must be another "golden sample" GTR) ;)

that said, that track is wet virtually every day of the year so the AWD cars should have the advantage.

Very gorgeous selection of cars... all driven by the Aston Martin team racing driver.

911 GT2
Ariel Atom
Gumpert Apollo
Lambo 560-4
Lotus 2-11
Merc SL63 AMG Black
911 C2S
Aston Martin DBS
Aston Martin V8 Vantage
Merc C63 AMG
BMW M3
Lexus IS-F
Evo X
STI
a bunch of hot hatches: Scirrocco, Megane, Cooper, Focus etc

good message. bluff or not, GT-R still instant fast outta the box, for half price of cutthroat porsche with engine at wrong place.

Re: Car Magazine Performance Car of the Year Shootout Video

GT-R didn't win though. Ooops did I let the cat out?

Due to it being 'souless' and doesn't excite.

I think perhaps the Japs should have gambled and sold this car at a just below 911 price so as to self raise its status.

Usually, the easily attainable (in UK at least) = non exotic.

Weird that the Aston Driver said that was the car he wanted for a weekend track attack then.

:)

he was ambivalent, it was either that or the lambo.

I don't think a race driver would be requiring funny flowery stuff like `feel'. They need a car to win, and that's the GT-R in old blighty. For sure. GT2 would be nonsense.
