Frankly, I have no idea since I wasn't too active with the activities lately. I got mine long ago which i believe was the first edition. It's now faded
The forum does printing of decal once awhile and will post notifications, you register for it and is usually distributed during the monthly meetup. Why don't you drop by and check around with the other forumers. The may point you to the moderator or the person involved with the last print.
