Can replace Dashboard Display ?

Why don't you try to change it? It does not seem that something like the LED display should be considered under normal wear and tear.

Has anyone able to replace the LED pixel display on their main dashboard for free under warranty ?

Mine is showing broken text and characters and since warranty will expire soon, I would like to know if PML can replace this FOC? Or is this consider normal wear and tear?

Is your car under warranty from PML? Is yes, go ahead and claim it tactically and complaint the quailty and reliablity issue.

Recently I had claimed a pair of brand new headlight due to the my coming to 3 years headlight adjuster broken which make the light aim low. At first CSA told me PML not approved the claim and I make noise on the product quality issue which is not up to mark and what kind of so called 3 years warranty by PML/BMW and wanted to write in to complain. Hence, they said they will try BMW AG for it. Finally I got brandnew headlight set and the bigger joke is when I was called to collect the car by PML I didn't check the adjuster is all okay till I drove back to my office and realised the right hand side new headlight adjuster was broken and went back to PML to change another new one. ha ha
