Can E46 on oem 225/45/17 take 20mm spacers?

Most have recommended me to go no further than 15mm.
But since I am on oem rims and 225/45/17 M suspension, will 20mm spacers cause the tires to rub the fenders.

Just wanna confirm before I plunge into a set of Eibach 20mm spacers.

i think it will rub on hard cornering.

What u need to ask is , can OEM E46 rims with this X offset take in 15mm spacers?

i have got 2 sets: 20mm and 25mm eibach spacers. bot new & used for less than a month. makes your ride really aggressive/sporty looking. i dun think it will brush fender if you did not lower your car excessively. email xkrim3@hotmail.com if interested.

Even if they are, one cannot assume that the audience will know.
Anyway, mostly yes but Sytling 68 isnt. It's +41 and 17in

They are BMW style 50 (17 x 8) rims on a E46 318 coupe. But I do not know what the offset is.

That is +47
10mm spacer is all u need.

Hi air,

My 18" wheels are staggered (on an E46 320i):

Front 8J offset +47mm
Rear 8.5J offset +50mm

Could I fit any spacers (to make the stance aggressive) at all? I wanted to buy Xkrim's (Royce) Eibach spacers but none of them fit without protruding out of the fenders. I could not even use his front spacers (15mm) at the back. Having said that, I prefer not to fit coilovers just to prevent the tyres from rubbing the fenders over bumps.

If there is such thing as 10mm spacers? I was told by the tyre shop that it is not available (or was it that they could not custom make such thin spacers?).

10mm spacers are *definitely* available. you could try getting them off southeast tires. they have the widest range of eibach. cheers

I have checked with southeast tires, they replied that Eibach does not come with 10mm spacers. 12mm or 13mm ones are the minimum.

I must now look for alternative sources.
