Can ConnectedDrive be retrofitted?

Anyone knows if we can retrofit our existing F10s to get the full ConnectedDrive features? It seems only bmw cars sold from July 2015 onwards will get this full feature. So what about pre-July cars? If can retrofit, any idea how much that would cost?

I think it can be bought. Probably going to try buying it and testing a couple of features out.

One of the reasons why RTTI Live traffic info was disabled in the recent map updates and replaced with ARTTI - RTTI is free OTA when enabled while ARTTI needs a subscription with BMW since it goes through the BMW portal services.
