Buying a 12 year old 320i

Hi,
I am looking to buy a 12 year old 320i which has ran a total mileage if 200+K km...
1. I wanna ask if it is worth it to spend money buying a car of this age?
2. What are the major issues I might face with a 320i?
3. Are parts readily available?
4. Any common problem 320i owners face...?

When the car can run up to 12yrs then proven that car is robust enough to survive for so many years. Then it is maintenance and wear & tear are the focus. I will check how many owners before and maintenance service record. Definitely have to check on car body corrosion and stains mark at starter, engine base, engine mounting, absorber.....
