Built in Heads Up Display

hi would like to know which current bmw models has built in hud??...
looks cool..can i get a 3rd party hud to install??...
Is the hud useful at all or just an aesthetic feature?

Apart form ///M cars, i believe only the 550i,650i and 750i has HUD stock standard with the car.

hmm..sorry but are u talking abt the speedmeter thingy that shows on the windscreen?
if it is,M_POW3R has it on his E60 523

7 series got HUD?

Thought only M5/6 and the E60 (as an option)........

yes....nic is rite....m+power has it on his 523.....
