bargain is ok la actually, not much issue, nothing wrong. prices can nego one ma but not to the extend that 500 room u tell me 200+ to 300.or 1000 u tell me 600 la. unless u say its second hand lor, got ppl slp before, got sperms stains, bathtub got ppl shit before, towel bowl ppl use to shave n wash hair lor.....

We have lowballers buyer, but also highballers seller. Sometimes highballers want to put price high high for lowballers to bargain while some lowballers offer price low low and bargain with highballers. That's negotiation skills and no right or wrong. We buy or sell based on an agreed price. Not satisfied then no deal. Simple as that.
I ever lowballed and got my items from the seller and I also ever sold my items to lowballers. 你情我愿.

Last year l met a superb buyer... super lowballers wanted my front and rear brakes for more than 1/2 the price l pay for using a couple of months and then found out at the same time, he offered my brakes to another person to make money and he was trying to make 3.5k on top of his asked price. How l found out the other person happened to be my friend, Wah lan eh... fxxking tulan with this person. NNB...l got to take 3 joss sticks to pray him and asked him to be my master...:furious:

I think the lee-hua-hee-wa-kum-guan mentality works only if both the buyer and the seller are gentlemen.
Example - you walk into watch boutique or a used car dealership, and you wanted to bargain for a $10,000 watch or a $200,000 car, you will be reserved and not ask for a price discount so huge like "can this watch sell at $3,000?" or "I will bid $80,000 for this car...." We tend to be more reasonable in bargaining when comes to face-to-face situations like these.
However, in the internet space, this gentlemenly rule is forgotten. This is especially when the prospective buyers just SMS and not show face......no harm trying mentality..... but think of the seller's position - if you are selling a flat, or a car, or a watch, or anything and the buyers are all showing very low bids which you know are NOT realistic, how would you feel?

My last experience, one chap wants to buy my cf front splitter. Cfm with me. On day itself, told me had a family tragedy. Asked me to wait. I wait. Day come, asked me can get first then pay later.

I agree with ken n chershen, if u wan to bargain , the item is priced at 10, u say 9 or 8.5, we are still ok.
Watsmore if the thing is brand new, we wan to sell we ok to priced 10 to 15 percent of the price.
No problem if the price is not agreed, then we dont deal.
WHen the price is not a hidden cost, n when the whole world can check openly at website.
but if u tell me original 10 bucks, u want 6, this is not call low ball? this is call bargain??
