Bui TAHAN , so many lowballers.

Re: Bui TAHAN , so many lowballers.

Someone offered $10 for my CF Emblem, said he can get at that price from his source who was busy. I told him Wah so cheap, get some from your source for me when he is available. He is someone from here with quite many posts.

Also got drive 6 series one bargain for $2 discount...

Re: Bui TAHAN , so many lowballers.

I mentioned before I was selling my rims and this cb kia asked me how heavy and asked me to go weigh and let him know so that he can decide.

If you are reading this, weigh your backside no hole face!

What about lowballing when you sell your car?

Interested buyer 1: "Bro, can lower the price? Your price too high.. I'm on a budget."
Interested buyer 2: "Can lower the price? I'm buying for my son."
Interested buyer 3: "Can lower the price? I'm buying for my wife. She likes twin turbo. (YEAH RIGHT!)"
Interested buyer 4: "Hey bro, I also from the forum. Got bro price? On a budget leh..."
Interested buyer 5: "Would you consider $XXXk? (this is almost 20% off my asking price) I'm a genuine buyer but I have a budget."
Interested buyer 6: "Hey bro sell to me cheaper ok? I live also live in your estate. If you sell to me, you will see your ex more often (I'm amazed by this sort of excuse!!)."
Interested buyer 7: "Bro, what is your ride bhp and torque ah? ( I advertised stock, so if you do not read that, it shows that you know nothing about BMW engines.)."

My patience ran out with most of these jokers. Want to drive a beemer and you are also on a budget? It just doesn't add up, stop making fools of yourselves.

But lowballing are much worser in Jap car forums. I nearly went insane dealing with lowballers when I was demodding that 4WD.

u used to drive a scooby ya? ur nick's quite familiar.

I had some incidents like these when i was demodding my last car. Item dismantled and installed on the buyer's car, then the buyer asks for a further discount.

Major pain in the a*se.

Re: Bui TAHAN , so many lowballers.

Re: Bui TAHAN , so many lowballers.

how come my name appear in this thread in a few post...

I AM NOT LOW BALLER!!!!

Re: Bui TAHAN , so many lowballers.

all sellers and buyers wanna get the best value outta anything.

ive yet to buy/sell anything from this forum but had my fair share of low-ballers in other forums. i think its best to state your best price as not negotiable if u dont wanna entertain low-ballers cos what is low to u may not be necssarily so in their perspectives. for low-ballers who agreed on the price n giving another long shot at dealing point - screw them!

Hi Kentonna, i was one of those that asked if you accept trade in when i enquire about your DPE rims some time back and i was puzzled i didnt get a reply. pardon my ignorance cos i thought that was the norm/practice by most vendors based on my last 2 purchases. =]

Re: Bui TAHAN , so many lowballers.

Some bros will bargain until like life and death and make u feel ashamed that you never thought of selling lower price to a good bro and then this bro take your stuff and say pay you later and then MIA. Pui!

And joydivision, u die, u must open table

Hahaha, I dun recall your nick, so not to worry. There are a few forum-based vendors who are doing this on a part-time basis, and there are a few shop-based vendors who could do trade-ins. These is similar across wheels, brakes or anything. I think many forumers do not understand that part, that we are not doing this on a full-time basis. Hence we could not have done facilities like trade-in, credit card, installment plans.......

Re: Bui TAHAN , so many lowballers.

Best is state your price BIG BIG so that they cannot claim they didn't see (common excuse). I steady one. I never bargain one. :) :)

Re: Bui TAHAN , so many lowballers.

Actually there are some very good sellers here, if you bother to ask nicely and sincerely, you will get the best price or close to the best price. One is KBS which I dealt with for rims and Kenntona who I dealt with for ktv
