Broken Spark Plug

Went for a servicing last Saturday. Workshop discovered that my engine is mis-firing from reading from the decoder ...

Then realised that there is a broken spark plug



Been driving for almost 30 years, 4-5 cars throughout the period, but have not encounter this issue before.

Anyone encounter this?

Never experience such issue nor seen in BMW car, perhaps you happened to fill up the one over a millionth statistic, seems to me is the ceramic fatique situation.
