take down the PLUS number first...as part of your toll fee they are supposed to toll you to nearest toll plaza at least where it will be safer to wait...

Benefits in Peninsula Malaysia
All BMW vehicles within 10 years from the date of first registration are entitled to the following benefits:
Home and roadside assistance
In the event your vehicle is immobilised in Peninsular Malaysia, Mobile Service will arrange assistance for you. BOOMZ u VIOS Q7 faced ar. 335i owner wo lui ma.. so charge ka lee bueh jeen choo lor. on the other hand 320i pokai faced charge also no use, cost no money to pay.
I permanently lived in JB cos cheaper, can't afford for HDB. my car central lock failed on me twice while i'm in JB. one is in Jusco Tebrau and the other at home. the incident at Jusco, the car is lock and can't be unlock. I need to get my girl out by winding down the window. both incident I called PML Singapore and they send down BMW Auto Bavaria JB recovery vehicle to recover my vehicle and solve the problem on the spot after hours of waiting. all I give in return was a signature of acknowledgment that Auto Bavaria Recover team look into my car.

Bro, I think your case is different - firstly, BMW should be paiseh simple thing like Central lock also can rosak.. you don't screw them, already count their lucky stars.
My very first E36, Engine Kaput, piston blew off, Radiator surrender, and once I was leaking petrol all over ECP... They don't charge you for Towing, of course... but my invoice is a few pages long everytime. Once I wrote in to the GM of BMW Germany, before they decided to halve my total cost! See beh boomz siah

however depending on scenario, e.g.
touch wood, ur tire BOOMZ on north south and u skid and BOOMZ into the barrier. all damage and repair you pay la. unless u can prove that the puncture is due to the manufacturing fault than u have a case.
any break down due to warranty issue, PML should owned up for the repair cost after its tow back. I got my central lock unit replaced not once but twice for free. e.g the car dies off while drive. OBC shutdown and cannot restart engine. tow back singapore and repair should be bared by PML.B2B;489449 said:

Dun like that la... 335 owners not everyone have $$$... although some talk only la... few like me, show that i cant even afford sleeves
Many others cant even afford to tick the "Bonnet" & "Rims" option when they bought from PML.
But fear not... for everything else... there is Mastercard
