Well, no I have not heard of anyone doing this for their E90s. Sorry can't help.

thanks for the reply. many other makes able to do that so v curious to know if ours able to do it. somemore its using the original to bore only.so should not have any compatabilities issues. only thing is if after u bore it will the sensors show any warning lights.

Ur intake manifold is plastic, cannot be bored.

The throttle body can be bored provided u can take out the electronics and the butterfly valve without damaging it. In any case, ur car based on ur avartar is a E90 which is running on valvetronic and it would be useless to bore it in any case.

Ur intake manifold is plastic, cannot be bored.
