Just wondering...... I am sure cost is needed to maintain this website. So who is paying for it? Ryan Seacrest, Sam Leong and the rest?

Ryan's paying a shitload of money for this website, and the engine that runs it. Someone else is very generously letting us use his server space so we have super fast connections to the forum. They are not asking for any monetary compensation coz both of them are gunning for a lifetime supply of free chicken Mcnuggets and ice lemon tea during each meetup.
