The driver continued to drive recklessly after he confronted the reader, Stomp reported.
The driver even tried to take pictures of the reader while driving.
The reader wrote to Stomp: "This BMW 320 had swayed into my lane and nearly hit my car."
"I was in his blind spot and pressed on my car horn."
"On hearing this, the driver of the BMW jammed his brakes and stopped in the middle of Clementi Ave 6 during the morning rush hour."
The reader credited himself for his quick thinking that avoided an accident. He said: "I missed hitting the back of his car as I was fast-thinking enough to have braked my car earlier."
"I took my phone out and took a few pictures of the BMW. However, I locked my car immediately as soon as I saw the driver come out of his car and start to approach me.
"I ignored his knocking on my window several times. When he saw that I had taken a few pictures of him, he walked off.
"After the both of us entered into the Ayer Rajah Expressway heading towards the city, I noticed that the BWW was swerving from left to right, as the driver was leaning out of his window, trying to take pictures of me with his phone.
"If it is an offence to use a mobile phone while one is driving, is it an offence too when one takes pictures while he is driving?
"Is the driver causing danger to other road users? How can we have such a driver in our society?"
