Thanks for the compliments for the Z3. I recall seeing her for the first time at Dave's place before I bought her and being completely smitten by her. The AC Schnitzer bodykit , red and black trim together with her lowered suspension gives her stunning looks.

The car is sure a head-turner, especially to little boys. {Grin} Many times, she has been called a "batmobile" due to her black exterior with sleek looks.

She only has around 38,800 kms on her clock. This means that in approx 4 years, she has averaged less than 10,000 kms per year. Most of the time, I only drive her back and forth between my condo at Siglap and my office at Suntec.

Basically, she has been modded tastefully by her first 2 owners. Whoever buys her will have not many more other mods to do (which means saving lots of money), unless he wants to do engine performance mods. But the buyer will have peace of mind that her inline 6 M54 silky smooth engine has not been touched before.

As she is light, with approx 170 bhp from her M54 engine, she has a respectable power to weight ratio and gives quite a nice "kickup the backside" when accelerating. Her AC Schnitzer exhaust system gives a nice growl if the engine is highly revved but can be quiet too if she is driven normally. Aural pleasure from the front is also provided by the GruppeM air filter system. Her AC Schnitzer lowered suspension system makes her corner with minimal body-roll and very good grip.

If you are looking for a Z3, it is my humble opinion that the post 2002 facelifted Z3 is nicer looking than the pre-facelift Z3 that appeared in the James Bond Goldeneye movie. Especially at the back section.

If only if we lived in a country where car ownership is not so expensive, I would have liked to keep her in my car collection. I do hope that she will go to someone who will appreciate her as much as my wife and I do.
