Hi guys i understand the 125i is using a 3L N53 engine producing 220hp. If it is the exact same engine in the 630i 272hp, would be be possible to tune the 125i power up to 272hp?

Bro, consider this basics. So if you could crack the dme sw codes then you could release some potential based on the assumption entire engine block is the same ......
