Blurry Rear camera

Dear All,
Lately my rear camera(3rd party) becomes blurry with very low resolution. When entered dark places eg basement carpark the image became reddish for a few seconds before turning bright. Any idea what's wrong?
Could it be battery issue since the rear camera is also splice to rear lights and rear camera?
Any inputs is deeply appreciated.

I have cleaned up the lenses and there is also no sign of vaporizing.

Basically don't over pay for 2nd hand cameras esp with 0 warranty on them. Get a good camera with 2CH as that'll save you lots of issues down the road.
