You mean the grille totally black? If yes, you can get it spray by your painter. The badges you referring are called carbon fibre type. Most of the brudder get it from Thailand MBK. As for eye lids,,, i saw a set at Defu lane,,,Boom trading not sure whether is it Hamann design and for FL model. Please call them at tis nos.62544566.

(2) Roundrels - Buy from R-Style (Bangkok). Cost about $46 per pair.
(3) Eyelids - Ebay is easiest.

There are two R-Style outlets in MBK - one on the 4th floor, one on the 6th. The one on the 6th displays bodykits and bigger parts. The shop on the 4th sells everything from pedals to decals to light bulbs to exhaust tips to replica mirrors......

What are you looking for? Roundrels/Emblems, pedal set, gear knob, door pins, door sills, ...... stick to the small items, and items that do not require tricky installation. For instance, I would not buy side mirrors (even if the quality is good) for fear that the connecting cables might not match.

Steven - If you check out the kidney grilles on the white 2772, it is now "blackened" - not sure if it is carbon-fibre. But I am sure he did not spraypaint the original chrome grilles. You might wanna check with him where he got his. Ebay has only pre-facelift versions......

hee, my place's carpark too... 2 x 2004 318 SE looking almost the same except my neighbour's has darker, tinted windows... u wun happen to stay in the north, would u? :ehhh:

It's just plastic, so bit glossy. Saw Mythos installed em that night at Simpang. The disadvantage of the sprayed chrome grills is that the matt black spray may come off due to stone chips while plastic one won't but in the look department, the sprayed one looks nicer IMO..

In either case, Mai Tu Liao bro SL2..

U mean like this?

Mine's in matt black and i had it for more than 1 yr and there hasn't been that much chipping at all, Yew Lip sprayed it for me too. I used a 318ci's grill so that the vertical slats are already black so the only parts that i had to spray was the chrome surround. Just remind angie to sand down the chrome so that the black paint can adher to it better!

As for the roundels, getting them from MBK is the better deal... Only problem i have is that there isn't a ready replacement for the steering wheel roundel, only solution is to get the roundel stickers from bimmian and he'll provide u with enough stickers for your roundels.

OT abit. Sam, if you have a spare piece of sticker for the steering wheel that u can let go, PM me yah and I buy off u. I am referring to the roundel sticker with white and black markings only. Thanks.
