I had the same problem but it went away after several washes + wax. It will often go away gradually.

How long do you reckon the droppings stain was there for?

I see. I think the acidity of the droppings cause them to eat into the coating really fast. Mine was smack centre on the bonnet when it happened twice.. But on both ocassions, they faded after a few repeated washes and mild polish + waxes.

Just came back with a few forumers for supper . Parked next to John Little open air carpark outside Sommerset MRT...When I came back, the birdshits were all over my car, from 1 cent size singapore coin to that 50cents aussie coin... :verysad: Came home and washed em off quickly..looked fine...Will do a full wash with shampoo...I am on Zaino.

Should have known better. The thick canopies of the trees are double-edged swords - good shelter in the day, but good nesting areas for the birds.

For once, I washed my car twice in a day. Damn.

Felt rather idiotic of me to wash the car at 4.30 am in the morning.......

the crow droppings r the most toxic. dun ever try to use strength to scrub them away..it will scratch ur paint work...best is to just driblle some shampoo on it n then use running water to wash it off...dun even hv to touch it....once u apply pressure the paint gets affected.

i thik those bastards eat iron filings man...

Crow or Pegion are the worst...cos they eat anything...that is why their poo is so toxin !!

You are right about drible shampoo...I share with you a better way. If the poo is dry as a cake...take a tissue and place it on the poo then soak the tissue with shampoo and wait for a few minutes for the shampoo to loosen the poo.

It should be easily removed later. Just remember not to let the tissue dry up on your car cos it will cause water stain.
