Best Service Award: CSA @ PML Alexandra

Just sent my car in for its final service before the warranty period ends. Previously, I had two different CSAs, both of which made me wish that I do not have to send my car in to PML at all. Both the CSAs provide the worse possible service I had in my experience of owning cars. Complains go unsolved and problems were made worse. Car collection timings were delayed affairs and no updates, no initiative, no nothing.

Recently, I very very apprehensively made my final service appointment and I asked the call center staff to recommend me a good CSA and she told me to book this CSA from Alexandra called TEO CHEE SEN.

MR TEO IS ONE OF THE BEST CSA that served me in my experience with PML. (I am not related to him nor am i his buddy or anything, I jus feel that he deserves to be commended for his excellent customer service and initiative taken and going beyond the call of duty to make my experience with PML great. )

So, if anyone is looking for a great CSA to go to when they have any complains or problems with their rides, do drop by alexandra pml and look for TEO. I went in with a whole long list of 20 plus complains, on top and above of my final service. Not only did he solved all my complains and problems, he was ever so super patient giving advice, calling me twice everyday during the two weeks my car was in pml to update me on the progress and even after i collected my car and had some problems, he ractified the problems for me in one afternoon, even staying till 730pm on a friday to personally solve the problem for me.

Finally, lets start a "BEST CSA" Award and let fellow forummers know who to look for when they need to get things done and not end up going into pml with one problem and coming out with 10 new problems they created.

Good idea to let people know about the nicer CSA working at PML. Maybe some of the forumers can provide names of the better CSAs they have dealt with... My car is relatively new and thank god there's no major problems yet so it would be good to know which are the more reliable personnel in PML to deal with.

Cannot understand why your car was in PML for 2 weeks for the final servicing :thinking: & you are happy about it.

Looks like your car is on major, major problems.......... or they did not plan very enough...b4 you went in...

I took my car a few weeks ago and assigned Teo Chee Sen.

Now, I thought this fellow had been blasted by previous threads so was a bit apprehensive when I saw his name, but as this was a simple problem and I was a walk in customer with no booking, I kept quiet.

He did his job pretty efficiently, explained fully what needed to be done and got my car back in good time.

No complaints from me.

with regards to the complains in the other thread, i guess one man's meat is another man's poison. but i really did get good service from this guy.
true to the spirit of the forum and constructive discussion, do post your own experiences and whom you got great service from. i am not saying that my csa is the best there is, but he is jus the guy i was assigned to and i felt that he did a good job for me.

kekeke.... no lah, no major problems. i did my final service and had some other work done on my car. read ur pm. i tink u will agree with me that two weeks for all that is very worth the time and loss of use of my car wouldnt u agree?
