I was at BM Leng Kee today. Got the price list for the IS250. It's selling for S$135,888 before rebate. Add another S$3k for sunroof. If you take the inhouse financing, insurance, the rebate is S$10k. Probably your friend is a repeat buyer so the extra discount.
