This is what happen when your car wash ppls are too good....

My rim cap from black to silver and they even help me to leave my bag strap out for the rain to wash it.And I wait an hour to get this done....Haizzzz

SPC on Bukit Timah Rd. near Farrer Rd intersection. The guys there are super meticulous and take pride in their work.
For a weekly clean there is no other that I trust.

Be prepared to queue

Sad to say,that the one I went after hearing recommendation from here. But most of the time I go to the one opposite,SPC elite too.they told me next time should tell them to not wash the rim cap if I go for the extra tyre cleaning.sad.....rim only 5-6mths only
But today one worst,I wait an hr,from not raining till raining and get my bag wet,after cleaning the car boot,they didn't look properly and close the boot.I was inside the car to make sure they dont use their exterior cleaning cloth to clean my seat(once I reminded them ,when I was outside they still go ahead cleaning).
Any other recommendation?Haizzz

I know alot of bros go there for wash,any of you have black breyton rim,do take note k.don't end up like me,spent $ and not easy to get the rim cap.i waited awhile,have to bear with the black rim with silver rim cap.

Been to this car wash for over 9 years. Over the years I have learnt that you should only wash there if the aunty or the pony tail hair guy is there.

Else you will get these sort of issues -

- Once they clean the interior till the speakers dropped out.
- On another occasion, emblem came off.
- On another occasion, my car kit mic came off.
- On another occasion my GPS came off.

All when there's no one supervising the workers. Some of the workers look like they are into body building. It's one of those car wash place where I would tell the supervisors - Be Gentle with the car and the aunty or the pony tail man would watch them like a hawk.

I feel that the Thomson Rd one better than Dunearn one. But close down liao, sad. Auntie say business no good there.
Anyway, the best car wash for my car is still...,.myself

i sent my car for grooming and the boss saw my car and got a shock. he gave me an earful and told me to wash my car

Pretty amazing that they could "scrub" off the paint from your wheel caps in just one wash ....... either they are THAT good or those wheel caps are painted with marker pens..............

i washed at that station before n my matt bronze volk racing rims kena some weird permanent white substance. i thk they use some powerful bleacher which stains metals & i cldnt remove it despite numerous attempts.

from then on, i never went back there & only wash at home or at proper detail shop.

all petrol station washes will leave scratch marks on paint as they use the same towe/sponge without proper rinsing

DIY wash at home better.... sometimes i rather car stay dirty/dusty then send to petrol stations wash, i see the sponges drop on floor they just pick up and continue washing... bestest

and ya, quite surprising the paint can come off ur rim caps so easily. i think u use tamiya spray paint also wun wash off so easily le

Errr, at Elite's SPC, they use one sponge for car body and another for wheel....... unless it applies only on my car...........

Went there once for a wash. Exactly the same impression I got after observing what they did. The sticker covering my window frame also got scratches until you can see the original chrome under the sticker. WTFish.

I think the stuff they use for the rims are quite strong. My rim's oem rim caps - Blue color turning white.
