Yo guys :) ,
where to find the main BBS dealer in Singapore? i need to find this BBS RS-GT.

Whenever i asked Yap or Leong seng they will say this rims are not very good.

Also hard to find I-forged too.

I'm looking at minimal 2 - piece forged rims. ( weight, look and lip is a major concern ).

1). Main BBS dealer in Singapore

2). I- forged dealer in Singapore

i love Volks racing SF winning 2 piece forged rims but the PCD doesnt fit.

I,m only collecting my car from PML in dec or early Jan.

I'm upgrading to 19inch. My brand new rims is 18inch Style 189 alloys, 18" with Bridgestone Potenza runflats......
Front 225/40R18 Rear 255/35R18
Will fit E90/92/93
will be for sale, anyone interested SGD2,650.00. or best offer.

Cheerios.

South East 10 Kaki Bukit Road 1 #01-20 Tel: 68442288 had quite an extensive range of BBS, good luck on the new shoes for your new car to come.

Re: BBS or I-forged rims in Singapore

I just went to South East and Leong Seng over lunch with my hiadees:) .

Of course LS will say BBS RS-GT no good lah bcos they dont sell BBS mah:lol2: .
Vice versa, South East dont sell Volks so say same thing:lol2: .

Well the RSGT looks really nice. Its is one of my choice for my new car. The dish is diamond polished so easier to repair unlike a chromed one. Pretty light for 2 piece forged. They also bringing in a 'tuner' version of this rim, which will be more flush when mounted. It uses AC schnitzer specs.

Also went to touch touch the Volks ME at LS, equally attractive. However I think in terms of a more aggressive and sportier look, BBS RSGT wins with underwear down IMO.

ABD hiadee, both compare VOLKS ME with BBS RS-GT, both so equally good. one have the other don't. you like concave, get ME, you like deep dish, get RS-GT. You will be hurt and confuse if you compare best with best. like our WHEELS MENTOR, Pak Jack said, its nothing wrong to have more than a pair of shoes. :lol2: Just go and get either of them, then add one more, then one more, then... then... and then... and thennn.....

don't ask me why I didn't. :lol2:

I think that will either look Bling or Beng:laughlik:

He will only know when the new stock comes in after christmas.

I need to know what the maximum depth for both front & rear. with 4pot brembo brakes. :( to decide which rim to buy.

Hi Ah Beng Hia,
I like the way you have put it.. How could such a big company like LS say such thing about BBS which is well known worldwide for racing including F1..

Do they know the product of BBS or their taiwanese rims better?..:woowooo:

I am a BBS fanatic which have collected 2 sets of RS-GT for my both BMWs and a set of RX-II for my track use and another set of CH lying around at home..

Re: BBS or I-forged rims in Singapore

if you visit BBS Japan site, you will get all the size, offset, including weight of each size.
http://www.bbs-japan.co.jp/pro/pro_i.html

Front application,
RS-GT 948 19×8.5 ET35 5/120. 9.4kg
RS-GT 975 19×8.5 ET28 5/120. 10.1kg
Rear application,
RS-GT 947 19×9.5 ET25 5/120. 10.3kg
RS-GT 924 19×9.5 ET38 5/112. 9.8kg
RS-GT 949 19×9.5 ET40 5/120. 9.9kg

Those in BOLD its the recommended wheel applications from BBS Japan.

I refer BBS Japan site its because, during my search of my dream wheels, I did visit South East to check out BBS. From there I learned certain model of BBS they ordered it from Japan instead of Germany. Because SE said Japan used diamond polished for the lip, and Germany don't. Therefore you'll find those from Japan looks better. Also, certain very high-end models its only available from BBS Japan. e.g. RE-Mg & RG-R

FYI: I weight using industrial scales @ Leong Seng
Volk ME 19"x9.5 ET30 for the rear it 10KG

Re: BBS or I-forged rims in Singapore

wow base on the calculation table of 265/30/19 @ 9.5 x ET 35. The Rear Rim lip is only miserable 56mm on BBS ? or i'm wrong he he

Re: BBS or I-forged rims in Singapore

if you like deep dish lip, DPE & iForged its better choice.
