bad experience in PML

My car E90 325i has been in the PML workshop for 14days and counting,stay tune, full story coming up to share with u guys.

Another horror story from PML?...that should be number ... i lost count liao.

Why not just start with what happened leading to your car going in? Easier to digest. hahaha..

Horrible, stuck for 14 days and telling me the same old story, and found out the problem mainly liaise on the communication within departmental staffs.

I personnel thinks they are not reliable. Messing up the BMW image, which is a good car.

This is a normal story 4 all im really sick with them rememnered the last time i went when the service advisor saw me he ran 4 his life to hide!!!:confused:

a good idea indeed i had mine in 4 2 weeks with nothing done n same story apply when took delivery of my ride seems to look like an idiot rite:screwedu:

who is that service advisor?

Bro, like what jaskin mention, u are not alone. will very much want to see your full report.

If u open a thread, " how many has not faced any problem with PML aftersales service".. i assured u ur thread will be a dead thread.:)

Looks like too many BMWs to cope.....a minus point for them....did not plan for that. :(

same same, we r both seems like a idoit.
We'll do something about it.
I suggest gather everything, send it to BMW Asia, BMW Germany and Singapore Media.

I would say those that do nothing to the cars are idiots....we are victims.

I waited for 2.5 yrs liao.

Its been 2.5 yrs ever since i joined this forum, come across many post that has very very bad aftersales service from PML.. some in the end decided to let PML go and sold their rides. Imagine to the extend selling their rides.. must be very serious case man.. Do a search and u will know what i meant. having said all this, i am sure some out there has successfully won cases with them. so narrow down to what is your case.

Altho I did not run into big incidents like yours, I do have my small share of complains with them. You see, BMW is a great brand that sells by itself. BMW cars sell not bcos PML is great. Give the dealership to any other dealer, and BMWs will still sell well.

All Saimern Lock cares about is his profitability. I think BMW asia shld do direct sales to us, get rid of PML, or add another dealership. PML is farking arrogant n dont listen to their consumer feedbacks. Cars are overpriced, service sucks, attitude arrogant, models limited.

Never mind sky got eyes as they say, the day will come. I hope more PIs sell BMWs

i'm curious... how many owners, whose car still under warranty, but totally hate PML, still have no choice but to send their car there for servicing etc ? Or are there alternatives ?

there are of course alternatives but at the expense of your warranty. Only PML can service your warranty
