Automatic headlights - E90(320)

Hi , do you guys experience this weird problem , I always leave the automatic headlight "ON" but on one incident I realised it was reluctant to go off. Suspecting that it could have been caused by some dirt particles blocking the optical sensors, I washed the front glass but it still didn't solve the problem. I turned it "OFF" manually and left the car. The next day it was gone.

I also experienced the rear boot light "lighted" even though I did not open it. And again it solved by itself.

Do you guys experience all these? It seems abnormal to me. What should I do???

Seems abnormal to me. Should send back to PML to rectify. Only thing these one-off incidents difficult to pin point.Gd luck anyway

Yes, the problem is that it does not happen all the time. And if I were to bring it to PML, they will asked me to leave the car there which I am not keen. Past bad experience has taught me not to leave it there. Can BVO or some other workshops that can help to identify the problem before we go to PML?

Don't know about you all but my auto lights don't go off if it is a cloudy day and there is not brilliant sunlight. Complained and they said it was "like that" and the system was very sensitive in that even if it is slightly dark because of clouds or shadows for a certain period the lights will come on. Don't know what to do except switch it off manually.

I am still waiting for it to happen again so that I can drive straight to PML. Until now it is still working fine. Is there a button where we can reset the car to factory setting? Just like the handphone.
