Auto locking after driving

that day i have itchy hands. went to play with my OBC and now my car no longer auto lock after i drive anymore. HOw can i switch it back on?

and my PDC keep producing a sharp BEEP when i put to reverse even when no object is near by. is it "shorted" liao?

OBC can control the auto-lock?

We have both front and rear PDC, so check for the button that lit up below the biz unit. You can de-activate the PDC using that button.

Weird. I only have rear PDC or PML cars got only rear PDC. Just realised.

i no know. the car used to auto lock. now it doesnt anymore.

as for the PDC, i know the button, but for no reason, as long as i put to reverse a sharp BEEP comes on. irritating!

Maybe someone left some love stains on ur PDC sensors and it has hardened up like Supah Glue. Been to Sar Lau lately ? Could be Terrry.

Prob an ant was hanging out around yr PDC.
I get that too. sometimes during heavy rain, both front and back PDC beeps like mad.

from the E90 manual, door lock feature could be reset as follows:
1. on turn indicator, search for 'SET' (a key icon with a tick)
2. click to accept
3. within 'SET', search for a lock icon with an A
4. click to accept
5. options include a) door locks if left unattended; b) door locks after driving off; c) a + b; d) off
6. click to accept

do u hv idrive? u can set ur auto lock from there...if u have.

on the weird isolated beep...if it happens all the time..from just one sensor/one corner etc....it means that sensor hong kan. replacement time.
