I do not know how this works but one very interesting detail I notice on the page of the above URL is ........
"The vendor and his agents do not warrant that the vehicles come with keys."

Not surprising. Usually sold on as-is basis. Can't even test drive or start the engine. So unless one knows something abt bodywork and car engine, may not be such a bargain after all IMHO.

If I'm not wrong these are all repo cars? If they are, I think we gotta be very careful about the condition of such cars.

I dun think we are allowed to bid...all these cars are meant for those dealers who are invited by the banks and finance houses.

If you guys are keen....I have a friend who is into this line...he can help you guys get the car you want.

Just a warning....some of the ex onwer is damn bastard one...I have dealer friend who bid for a EG Civic with no engine !!! Owner must have fig that he is gonna be slaughtered by the bidder so he recovered some of the money first by selling parts of his car off.
